Blue Book of Guitar Values. Graded secondary. Open the original.
Price guide = secondary (rule 5). Returned: 'While most guitars were produced in Japan, Takamine has shifted some production to Korea and China in the 2000s.' Also 'In late 2007, the Fender Musical Instrument Corporation (FMIC) bought Kaman Music, which included the Takamine brand.' - the second sentence conflicts with the company's own pages, which show Takamine Gakki as an independent maker (S763) and treat Kaman/KMC as US distributor (S765, S611); read as loose wording for the distribution rights, NOT entered as an ownership row. Also: 'Takamine was originally founded in Japan during the early 1960s'. A separate Blue Book page for Jasmine says 'Instruments currently produced in Asia since 1994' (country not named). Summarising fetch tool; not archived.

Every numbered marker on this page points here: the document, its grade and the passages relied on. An era is computed, so it cites the facts it was derived from. A fact marked “no source” has no claim attached yet.
