Guitar Story
In 2014, Cordoba Music Group, LLC controlled the Guild name. Its 3 lines on record were built at Chinese GAD builder (Guild; builder unverified) and Korean DeArmond builder (Guild; builder unverified) (China and South Korea).[1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
A Guild guitar from 2014 belongs to whichever era was running on its product line that year. An era is a stretch when the company that controlled the name and the plant that built the line both stayed the same. If you know the line, the table below tells you which version of Guild you have. The name dates from 1952[S002, S126, 11], 62 years before.
| Line | Controlled by | Parent | Built at | Era | Grade |

| Guild DeArmond (Korea) | Cordoba Music Group, LLC | — | Korean DeArmond builder (Guild; builder unverified) South Koreano source | 2014–2023 | community[1, 2, 3, 4] |
